1.1 What photo formats does the Kodak digital photo frame support?

1.4 How do I upload photos, videos, or music to the frame?

You can upload content in several ways:

• Download the corresponding Kodak Digital Frame App, then upload photos, videos, and music to the frame using the app, or via a USB flash drive or SD card. You can also connect the image to your computer via a data cable to copy it.

• Send images via email.

• Upload via WeChat by scanning a QR code.

1.5 Can I create folders inside the photo album?

Most models do not support manual folder creation. Albums are generated automatically.

For Kodak digital photo frames, you may organize folders via computer when the frame is connected.

1.6 What operating system does the frame use?

All Kodak digital photo frames use an Android-based system.

1.7 Can the frame receive photos via Bluetooth?

No, the photo frame is connected to Wi-Fi for remote transmission. 

Bluetooth transmission is not supported because it has a limited range. We use an app for remote transmission, which is not limited by distance or location.

1.8 Can photos and videos be played together in the same slideshow?

No.

Photos and videos play separately.

Photo slideshow → Photos only

Video playback → Videos only

1.9 Can the frame take photos?

No. Kodak digital photo frames do not include a camera.

However, you can upload the photos you take to the frame.

1.10 Does the frame support external speakers?

No.

The frame includes built-in speakers and supports music playback directly.

1.11 Can multiple users bind to and send photos to the same frame?

Yes.

Kodak Digital Photo Frames support multiple users without limits.

1.12 After the frame wakes from sleep, will it continue playing photos, videos, or music?

Photos and videos will continue playing after the device is put into sleep mode and then woken up, while music playback will pause after the device is put into sleep mode and then woken up.

 2. Kodak Digital Frame App

2.1 How many photos can I upload at once?

Up to 120 photos per upload.

2.2 How many music files can I upload at once?

Up to 10 music tracks.

2.3 How many videos can I upload at once?

Up to one 120-second video per upload.

2.4 How are data traffic charges calculated?

Kodak Digital Frame App uploads for free.

2.5 How do I add a title or label that appears on the frame?

When uploading via the app, enter text in the Title field. 

The tag will display on the frame after upload.

2.6 How do I unbind a device from the app?

Go to:

Profile → Bound Devices → Select the frame → Options (three dots) → Delete Device

2.7 Why does the screensaver not activate while photos are playing?

This is by design. The screensaver does not activate during photo playback.

2.8 Where can I find the app version?

Go to Profile in the app to view the current version.

3.1 How should I clean the screen?

Use a soft microfiber cloth.

Avoid chemicals such as alcohol or glass cleaner.

3.2 What is the warranty policy?

All Kodak digital photo frames come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. We are committed to providing reliable after-sales service and customer support.

3.3 Will displaying a single photo for a long time damage the screen?

No.

Kodak digital photo frames are designed to display a single image for up to 1,000 hours without damaging the LCD screen.
